1. Use of Service

Edit PDF Free provides browser-based and clearly labeled server-assisted PDF utilities. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process and modify any documents you open in our tools.

2. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

24-Hour Day Passes are one-time payments that grant Pro limits for 24 hours without recurring charges. Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled via the Stripe Customer Portal. If a tool fails to process your file, you may request a refund of a Day Pass within 7 days by contacting support@edit-pdf-free.com.

3. No Warranty on Portal Acceptance

When compressing or formatting documents for government, court, or institutional portals, you remain responsible for verifying that the output file is legible and meets the receiving organization's current submission rules.
